Responsibilities include:
  • Designs and develops blended course programs, including e-learning courses, professional development programs, specialty workshops and virtual webinars.
  • Designs and develops interactive and engaging online courses using rapid development tools (Articulate Suite, Storyline), assessments, simulations, videos and other learning assets.
  • Applies sound instructional design and adult learning principles to all courses.
  • Manages the quality and timely completion of all assigned projects.
  • Acts as training consultant to analyze situations and recommend best solutions for media, delivery methods and instructional techniques for the content, learner and organization.
  • Partners with Talent Management colleagues, HR Business Partners and clients to develop innovative and creative ways to meet development needs of client groups.
  • Performs multiple roles, including instructional designer, courseware developer, project lead, and graphic designer.
  • Stays current in latest trends and proposes new and innovative methods to reach a broader audience of learners, including mobile learning and opportunities for learning through social media technologies.
  • Presents updates on new and innovative learning methods and programs to Talent Management team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and blended learning techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning theory.
  • Advanced skill with a variety of rapid e-learning development software tools, predominantly Articulate Storyline.
  • Advanced visual design abilities with a mastery of visual representation of complex concepts.
  • Experienced with audio and video production and post-production editing.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
