Open Position:
We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the business development team.  This position starts at $15.00 per hour and has great opportunity to advance within.  You will work from home but be available for local meetings and training. The next step is a recruiter. Our average recruiter makes over $100,000 per year.
Post open positions in our applicant tracking system,
Complete data entry and upload resumes and interview responses.
Complete scripted interviews over the phone for job applicants.
Check references
Other duties as assigned
Experienced with Word and Excel
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Typing 50+ WPM
