Open Position:
The executive assistant performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, including complex meeting and travel planning, coordinating with executive and administrative assistants from other departments and locations, supporting the Healthcare Quality Improvement Committee including logistics and note-taking, preparing correspondence, answering telephones, expense reports, making reservations, preparing for meetings, and miscellaneous clerical duties.

Equivalent of an Associate’s degree in secretarial science or graduation from a business college preferred.
Three (3) years’ increasingly responsible secretarial experience, demonstrated success in high energy, team-
based work environment, and experience with meeting planning and travel coordination preferred.
Experience with Word, Excel. Word processing at tested speed of at least 70 wpm. Proficiency in transcribing
dictation either from handwritten notes.
Basic knowledge of email and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Suite).
