Sr. Analyst, Physical Security

Senior Analyst/Project Manager (Physical Security, individual contributor) 
This role is primarily responsible for providing support to the business continuity, emergency response, crisis management and physical security organizations. The Senior Analyst responsibilities include identification of issues, design/development of solutions to specific issues/use cases, delivery of solution and general project/program support for physical security. This person will be a capable, strong hand that can effectively and efficiently facilitate activities independently. 
Primary responsibilities include
• Development of program documentation. This could include policies, procedures, frameworks, templates and work instructions across physical security
• Assist with managing backlog of PPM data. Complete analysis and implementation of PPM replacement
• Develop pilot plan for online Security Assessment. Conduct pilot, refine assessment and develop deployment strategy and project plan
• Deliver executive committee special reporting projects
• Develop project management framework for monitoring security projects. Assist with monitoring/facilitating ongoing project tracking and metrics
• Provide project management for M&A activity
• Assist with documentation and analysis activities as requested by physical security leadership and/or AVP

You have a deep understanding of:
• Physical Security programs and systems. Including experience developing, integrating and deploying enterprise systems. Lenel, Avigilon and PPM experience preferred. 
• Physical security solution design and architecture
• Threat analytics
• Fusion center experience a plus
• Project Management
• Disaster Recovery and/or data center transformation (a plus)
• Identification, assessment and implementation (including design/planning for integrated platforms) security tools
• Keylight or similar enterprise risk management platform experience a plus
• Experience with Everbridge/VCC (Virtual Command Center) experience a plus. BC in the Cloud experience a plus
Your Experience
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in Physical Security programs at a national or enterprise level. Experience in Business Continuity/Crisis Management, or Disaster Recovery a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience across BCM or Security disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience coordinating and managing crisis management responses to large-scale incidents
• Minimum 5 years experience with project management
• Industry certification(s)
