Schedule: 4-day schedule, $19.75 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Direct Support Professionals in Catonsville, MD. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in a home care setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with transportation to appointments, outings, and recreational activities.
Implement individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's license (preferred).
BLS certification is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
