Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and developing marketing initiatives and patient outreach efforts to meet both short-term and long-term business development goals. This role oversees communications, media, and advertising to effectively promote the practice and its services, ensuring a positive representation to patients, referral partners, employees, and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans, sales strategies, and outreach for business development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the planning and execution of print advertising campaigns. Manage social media platforms and increase business reviews on platforms such as Google.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing communications
- Collaborate with the dental management team to develop marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Support product management by providing market insights and feedback.
- Create new business opportunities through partner relationship programs
- Maintain practice website and optimize digital presence
- Plan and attend community and patient events to promote the practice
- Daily travel within Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia for marketing activities
- Support team-building events and other practice initiatives
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing. Comparable experience may be considered to substitute for all or part of the required education at management's sole discretion.
- (2-3) years of experience in marketing coordination. In the areas of online and digital marketing as well as in person marketing.
- Must be flexible and understand that job duties may change from time to time and that this individual may be asked to assist in other areas of the office.
- Must excel in forward thinking in order to anticipate the needs of the doctor as well as challenges for the practice as a whole.
- Familiarity with performance marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Organized, motivated, committed, and self-directed.
- Must have drivers license and reliable vehicle.
