Job Overview: We are seeking a part-time veterinarian to provide professional services remotely via our telemedicine platform. The role involves delivering care during evening and weekend hours, with a commitment of 5-10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess and treat pets' health concerns.
• Obtain informed consent and maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize professional judgment to determine appropriate treatments and prescriptions.
• Collaborate with our medical director and team to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Active veterinary license in good standing in at least one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., Wyoming.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a licensed veterinarian.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms in simple language.
• Proficiency in medical writing and attention to detail.
• Reliable access to a phone and internet connection for client communications and video calls.
