Exciting opportunity to work for a successful home care operation opening a new location in the Western suburbs of Chicago area.   Our client has opened several successful agencies on the east coast and midwest.  

The position will work remotely until an agency office is established.  Director to facilitate and choose the site location based on market expertise working with the national CEO and their consultants.

Transition to lead the build of census and oversee the daily operations of our home care operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in home care, particularly with recruiting and scheduling, billing and manage and supervise all aspects of operations ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Lead, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for clients. Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Proven experience in operations management in Home Care or Home Health. Strong knowledge of home care care practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and family members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Compassionate approach towards individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
