The KC-based firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of law firm experience to support a distinguished team of trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing case documentation, coordinating discovery, and assisting with trial preparation in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment dedicated to achieving complete client vindication.

 

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities

• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Create and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Conduct legal research

 

Litigation Paralegal Requirements

• 2+ year's experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably medical malpractice or insurance defense.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office suite, and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal support in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000
