Position Summary
As a Provider Relations Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between the organization and its network of healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication, onboarding support, and operational troubleshooting. You will help maintain strong provider relationships while working across departments such as credentialing, claims, and compliance to ensure efficient and timely resolution of provider concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for providers, responding to inquiries regarding credentialing, onboarding, reimbursement, and compliance
Maintain and update provider records in internal databases and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Support the recredentialing and contracting processes by coordinating with providers and internal stakeholders
Draft and manage professional correspondence related to provider documentation and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal departments (legal, IT, claims) to resolve provider-facing challenges
Coordinate provider education on policies, systems, and processes
Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation required for regulatory compliance
Use your organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in legal administration, office management, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience in HR, payroll, and vendor relations
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with internal systems or databases is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
