Job Title: Sales Representative – Account Executive
Location: Washington, DC / Maryland / Northern Virginia

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base + commission + car allowance
Expected on target earnings should exceed $150,000
Overview:
A top clinical laboratory services provider is hiring motivated, client-oriented Sales Representatives to oversee accounts and generate new business throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. This position is well-suited for experienced sales professionals with a history of building strong relationships with providers and closing deals in competitive markets—especially those with a background in healthcare sales or diagnostic labs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and retention
- Educate providers on diagnostic service offerings to enhance patient care
- Maintain and grow key relationships within primary care and specialty clinics
- Monitor competitors and trends in pricing and services
- Collaborate with marketing to implement territory sales strategies
- Conduct business reviews and deliver client-focused solutions
- Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in clinical lab, diagnostics, or healthcare services sales
- Knowledge of physician practices in primary care, urgent care, OB/GYN, oncology, pathology, or related specialties
