Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst – IT Finance plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the IT department. You’ll handle month-end close, help manage budgets, and assist in analyzing key expense areas such as software, hardware, salaries, and intercompany charges. This position also supports financial system enhancements and general ledger transformation efforts, contributing to broader efficiency and accuracy goals across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for IT
  • Analyze general ledger transactions and support audit-related reporting
  • Manage departmental purchase orders and invoice processing for IT-related expenses
  • Partner on IT budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance across financial workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on financial process improvements and technology initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong communicator comfortable navigating across departments
