Litigation Paralegal

A well-established law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in high-stakes litigation and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case management and trial preparation

• Draft, revise, and electronically file legal documents in compliance with court requirements

• Organize and analyze case materials using eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Trial Director

• Prepare exhibits and documentation for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case-related tasks

• Review, format, and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance

• Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and court personnel

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or similar legal setting

• Proficient in Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred
