Overview:
A large manufacturing facility in the greater Greeneville, TN area is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team. This is a mid-level position reporting directly to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable for international suppliers

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and data entry

• Support general accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Associate degree will be considered with strong manufacturing accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Stable work history—candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered
