Job Title: Full-time Home Hemodialysis RN
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240
Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
Schedule Flexibility: Willing to consider part-time (minimum 30 hours/week, M/W/F required)

Overview:
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to enhance your career in home hemodialysis? We are searching for a compassionate and skilled Full-time Home Hemodialysis RN who is eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering exceptional care within their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer home hemodialysis treatments following established protocols and guidelines

• Monitor and assess patients' responses to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and their families about the home hemodialysis process, ensuring comprehensive understanding of treatments and potential complications

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures, medications, and interventions related to dialysis care

• Adhere to stringent infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment

Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for those with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience

• At least 6 months of general dialysis experience is highly preferred
