Job Title: Hemodialysis RN – In-Center

Compensation: $45 to $50+ per hour, based on experience

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our in-center dialysis team in Louisville. This position is ideal for a clinically skilled RN with a background in hemodialysis who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hemodialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols

• Monitor patient responses to treatment, assess vital signs, and adjust care as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, medications, and post-treatment care

• Ensure strict adherence to infection control procedures and safety standards

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care and interventions

• Assist in maintaining dialysis equipment and ensure proper setup and sterilization

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience (in-center preferred)

• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education and safety
