Nurse Practitioner ($130-$135K)

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Fayetteville, NC 28301
Salary: $125,000 to $135,000 annually

Position Summary:
A well-established interventional pain management practice in Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team. The practice is led by a board-certified Anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience and is supported by a collaborative team of NPs, PAs, RNs, and administrative staff. This is a 100% outpatient position with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a respected and busy outpatient practice treating a broad range of chronic and general pain conditions

  • Collaborate closely with an experienced physician and multidisciplinary care team

  • See approximately 20 patients per day in a well-organized, patient-focused setting

  • Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call duty

Responsibilities:

  • Perform new patient consultations and routine follow-up appointments

  • Collaborate with the physician to design and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Perform minor in-office procedures, such as trigger point injections

  • Manage medication plans in alignment with clinical best practices and regulatory guidelines

  • Educate patients on pain management strategies, medications, and treatment expectations

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina

  • Prior experience in pain management, family practice, internal medicine, or orthopedics strongly preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
