Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – Full-Time
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Compensation: $21–$24/hour + Benefits

Overview:
Join a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and related developmental disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one therapy, implement treatment plans, and help children achieve measurable goals in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism spectrum disorder

• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBA

• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical team members

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and RBT guidelines

• Participate in training and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

• Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

• Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
