Salary: $80,000–$100,000 Base + Full Benefits

Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate sales and marketing professional to join our growing hospice team. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales executive with deep knowledge of the Stockton market and established referral relationships. You will promote our hospice’s unique programs and services by building and maintaining strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other community referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow referral relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations.
Promote hospice programs and services through regular visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified referrals through relationship management and strategic outreach.
Use contact management software to track sales activities, leads, and follow-up schedules.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions from referral to admission.
Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of recent hospice sales experience (required).
Proven success as a top performer with verifiable sales results.
Extensive knowledge of the Stockton, CA market and existing referral contacts.
Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in contact management software.
Stable work history with documented performance achievements.
