Property Manager
Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations at a beautiful luxury apartment community in Cape Coral, Florida. This role offers competitive compensation, full benefits, and the opportunity to work with a reputable property management firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 382-unit luxury apartment complex

• Manage and supervise a team of 4 or more staff members to ensure high performance and excellent resident services

• Maintain compliance with property policies, procedures, and resident lease agreements

• Ensure financial performance by monitoring budgets, expenses, and property performance metrics

• Provide leadership in marketing, resident retention, and community engagement efforts

• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests to maintain community standards

• Work at least one Saturday per month with an adjusted schedule during the week

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager overseeing 200+ units

• CAM or LCAM certification preferred but not required

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee a team and deliver results

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $71,000 to $74,000 depending on experience

• Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to 10 percent based on property performance

• Full-time salary position
