Position Overview
The Hardware Engineer – Embedded Electronics will lead the design and development of next-generation electronic control systems for smart, energy-efficient products. This role involves full lifecycle hardware design—from concept and schematic capture to PCB layout, validation, and production release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded hardware systems, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.

  • Engineer efficient and reliable power supply circuits (DC/DC, AC/DC, inverters, converters).

  • Create and maintain design documentation, BOMs, test plans, and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with UL and international safety standards.

  • Conduct FMEA, reliability, and environmental testing to ensure product robustness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.

  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies and design methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in embedded hardware or electronics design.

  • Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent schematic/layout tools.

  • Strong knowledge of power supply design, analog/digital circuits, and EMI/EMC principles.

  • Familiarity with UL certification, FMEA, and product validation testing.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with high-speed digital design and SPICE simulation tools.

  • Background in energy systems, HVAC, or control-based product development.
