A growing Medicaid-based home care agency serving central Indiana is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations, compliance, staffing, and client services. This role is ideal for a leader with strong knowledge of Indiana Medicaid waiver programs, MLTSS populations, and home care operations who can support growth while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Leadership & Operations Management
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the home care agency
Manage caregiver staffing, scheduling, and client placements
Supervise office staff, care coordinators, and field employees
Ensure services align with care plans and Medicaid authorizations
Maintain a positive, accountable culture for staff and caregivers
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with Indiana Medicaid regulations and documentation standards
Maintain adherence to HCBS waiver requirements and MCO workflows
Oversee audits, incident reporting, corrective action plans, and quality assurance
Ensure timely assessments, authorizations, and care coordination communication
Client & Community Relations
Serve as a primary contact for clients, families, and referral partners
Address escalations and service concerns professionally
Participate in onboarding and care plan reviews as needed
Business & Administrative Oversight
Oversee billing accuracy, payroll approval, and authorization tracking
Monitor service hours, staffing levels, and caseload growth
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and operational planning
3+ years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare administration
Strong understanding of Indiana Medicaid programs
Experience with MLTSS populations and MCO-driven workflows
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience with Indiana Medicaid waivers such as PathWays MLTSS and Health & Wellness (Aged & Disabled)
Background working with MCOs and waiver case managers
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, business, or related field
