Position Overview

• Our Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments and follow-up visits throughout Essex County, NJ.

• This position focuses on one-hour clinical visits.

• No facility shifts and no long cases.

• Responsibilities center on structured assessments and clinical oversight.

Compensation

• $100 flat rate for initial assessment (approximately 1 hour)

• $70 per follow-up visit (approximately 1 hour)

• Rate includes travel coverage

Service Area – Essex County

• Newark

• East Orange

• Irvington

• Bloomfield

• Montclair

• West Orange

• Livingston

• Maplewood

• South Orange

• Belleville

• Visits are typically scheduled within a reasonable driving radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client assessments in the home

• Perform follow-up supervisory visits

• Update and maintain care plans

• Provide clinical oversight of caregivers

• Complete documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
