This position is strictly for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) .
Applicants must hold an active New Jersey CHHA.
Caregivers without CHHA certification will not be eligible for this role.
We are partnering with a well-established, New Jersey–accredited home care agency serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans throughout Northern New Jersey. The organization is known for its caregiver-first culture, steady case volume, and strong operational support.
They are hiring CHHAs for cases throughout Bergen County communities.
Hourly pay of $19 per hour, based on experience
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Sign-on bonus available
40 hours of paid time off (PTO)

Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders and daily living assistance
Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified home environment
Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license (required)
Valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation preferred
