We are hiring Spanish-speaking In-Home Caregivers to support clients throughout the Derby and greater Wichita area. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want flexible scheduling, steady work, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.
Many of our clients prefer caregivers who can communicate in Spanish, making this a great opportunity for bilingual individuals looking to use their language skills while providing quality care.
You will be part of a stable, well-supported home care team that values caregivers, provides structure without micromanagement, and offers consistent client demand. Derby is one of the strongest areas for caregiver demand just outside Wichita, offering reliable hours and close-to-home assignments.
• Pay rate: Up to $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties may include:
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed
• Documenting care provided according to company guidelines

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Spanish-speaking (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Prior caregiving or personal care experience helpful but not required
• No CNA or HHA certification required
