This role combines working with families during onboarding and coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
Ideal for candidates with home care experience who understand both intake and scheduling operations.
• Guide families through enrollment and documentation
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage
• Ensure compliance with authorized hours and EVV requirements
• Communicate with families and caregivers
• Track progress and prevent onboarding or scheduling delays
• Home care or healthcare coordination experience required
• Experience with intake, scheduling, or both
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
