Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our growing team. This role offers weekly pay and a variety of cases to support individuals across different care settings. We welcome those working in assisted living, home care, home health, hospice, or group homes, or even caring for their own loved one. You will play a vital role in providing quality care and enhancing the well-being of those you serve. Eligible Candidates: Must have their own reliable transportation and be 18 and up.
Hiring for cases in: Manchester, Salem, Hooksett, Nashua, Concord, and Dover
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning
- Maintain accurate care plans and document patient progress regularly
- Utilize equipment such as Gait Belts or other assistive devices to ensure safe patient transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities
- Support patients during hospital or hospice care transitions, ensuring comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care strategies
Requirements
- Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or memory care needs is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus for travel between cases
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from $19–$21 non-LNA and $21-$23 per hour for LNAs, based on experience
