We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients in Waldorf, , La Plata and surrounding Charles County communities. Responsibilities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and engagement
• Follow care plans and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
• Experience preferred but not required – training provided
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable demeanor
• Experience with personal care and transfer assistance is a plus
