Compensation and Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings when appropriate

• Run errands and grocery shopping for clients

• Drive client vehicles when authorized and appropriate

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety

Who We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Reliable transportation required

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Prior caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience strongly preferred

• CNA certification preferred but not required

• Experience assisting clients with mobility needs, transfers, or Hoyer lifts is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
