An expanding home care organization is seeking an HR Specialist / Recruiter to support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and human resources functions.
This role is ideal for an individual who understands the home care industry and enjoys helping build a strong caregiver workforce while supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess prior home care experience.
Recruit caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and home care staff
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain employee files and compliance records
Assist with employee relations and retention efforts
Support hiring events and recruitment initiatives
Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning
Home care industry experience required
Recruiting and/or human resources experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
