Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Location: Remote (Candidates Nationwide Welcome)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Daytime Hours

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing healthcare services team as a CNA Intake and Client Services Coordinator.

This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking healthcare and home care services. You will answer inbound calls, gather client information, explain available services, schedule assessments, and connect prospective clients with the appropriate local care teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking to transition into an office-based, remote position while continuing to make a meaningful impact. Candidates with previous call center, healthcare customer service, intake, scheduling, or admissions experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Intake & Support

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, family members, referral sources, and healthcare consumers

• Gather and document client information accurately

• Explain available healthcare and home care services

• Schedule consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments

• Route inquiries to the appropriate local office or operational team

• Provide compassionate, professional customer service on every interaction

Customer Service & Communication

• Communicate effectively by phone, email, text, and virtual platforms

• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

• Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources

• Help individuals understand available services and next steps

Documentation & Data Management

• Maintain accurate records within CRM and intake systems

• Document all client interactions and communications

• Track inquiries, referrals, and follow-up activities

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness

Problem Resolution

• Address client questions and concerns

• Escalate complex situations appropriately

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required

• Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience strongly preferred

• Home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, admissions, or patient services experience preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Comfortable learning new software systems and technology

• High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Home care experience

• Healthcare customer service experience

• Medical scheduling or patient access experience

• Intake or referral coordination experience

• Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Care experience

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
