Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) | La Plata, MD | Part-Time | $17.50/hr | Weekly Pay

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients in La Plata and surrounding Charles County communities. Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and engagement
• Follow care plans and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

• Home care or caregiving experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable
• Experience with personal care and transfer assistance is a plus

Available Schedules

Choose the schedule that works best for you—or work both assignments.

Weekday Assignment

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 PM – approximately 5:15 PM

Weekend Assignment

• Saturday and Sunday
• 12:00 PM – approximately 2:15 PM

Candidates may choose the weekday schedule, the weekend schedule, or both while building additional hours with other clients.
