Compensation: $85,000 annually + Bonus Plan

About the Opportunity

We are a small but rapidly growing home care agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor / Nurse Manager to help lead our clinical operations throughout the Wichita area.

This position combines office-based leadership with field-based clinical oversight and is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring caregivers, building relationships, solving problems, and helping a growing organization succeed.

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Flexible scheduling may be available for experienced home care nurses.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits

• Develop, review, and update individualized plans of care

• Ensure compliance with Kansas regulations, agency policies, and quality standards

• Provide clinical supervision and support for caregivers, CNAs, and direct care staff

• Participate in caregiver orientation, training, mentoring, and performance coaching

• Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

• Investigate clinical concerns and assist with incident follow-up when needed

• Support new client admissions, care transitions, and ongoing service coordination

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for staff, clients, and families

• Partner with leadership to support agency growth, staffing, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience required

• Home care, home health, hospice, private duty, case management, or community health experience strongly preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, leadership, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to travel throughout the Wichita metropolitan area for supervisory visits and client assessments
