What You'll Be Doing

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and grocery shopping

• Accompany clients to appointments when needed

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans to help clients maintain their independence

Who We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred

• CNA or Home Health Aide experience is a plus

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Dependable and interested in consistent full-time employment

• Compassionate, patient, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
