About the Opportunity

We are hiring a dependable and compassionate female CNA or experienced Caregiver for an immediate one-on-one home care opportunity in Kent, CT.

This is a consistent part-time assignment on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM–4:30 PM.

The caregiver must have her own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a predictable daytime schedule and meaningful one-on-one work with a client in their home.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed

• Accompany the client to appointments or community activities when appropriate

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

• Follow the individualized care plan to help the client remain safe and independent at home

Who We're Looking For

• Female caregiver preferred for this client assignment

• CNA certification or previous hands-on caregiving experience preferred

• Must have your own reliable personal vehicle

• Valid driver's license required

• Must be available Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM–4:30 PM

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Ability to pass required background screenings
