Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support a client in St. Michaels, MD. Make a meaningful difference while enjoying consistent scheduling, weekly pay, and support from a dedicated local team.

** Applicants must have their own car and have prior agency in-home caregiving experience **

Full-time and part-time hires are welcome, with 36 weekday hours available to be staffed.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday.

  • Full-time and part-time schedules available.

  • Optional opportunity to work one weekend day for additional hours.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

  • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.

  • Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition.

Qualifications

  • Caregiving experience preferred but not required; training provided.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to client needs.
