About the Opportunity

We are hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to a client in West Harrison, Indiana

The client is approved for 35 hours of care per week, and we are seeking caregivers who can begin as soon as hiring and onboarding requirements are completed.

Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome. The specific days, shift times, and care needs will be discussed as additional assignment details become available.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities are based on the client’s individualized care plan and may include:

  • Provide one-on-one care in the client’s home.

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.

  • Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.

  • Prepare meals and snacks.

  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.

  • Provide medication reminders.

  • Assist with errands and grocery shopping.

  • Accompany the client to appointments when needed.

  • Observe and report changes in client condition.

  • Follow the care plan to support safety and independence.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred.

  • Home Health Aide experience is a plus.

  • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.

  • Dependable and able to maintain scheduled client assignments.

  • Compassionate, patient, and professional.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation to the client’s home.

  • Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings.
