Part-Time Opportunity – 12 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Spanish-speaking Caregiver or Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide one-on-one care for a 76-year-old male client in the Bladensburg area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule while making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 12 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide medication assistance in accordance with CMT responsibilities

• Accompany the client to medical appointments

• Assist with grocery shopping and other errands

• Prepare culturally appropriate meals

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Follow the client's care plan and report changes in condition

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required

• Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification strongly preferred

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates

• Reliable transportation with the ability to transport the client to appointments and shopping

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

Work Location

The client is located in Bladensburg, MD. We welcome applicants from Hyattsville, Langley Park, Adelphi, Riverdale Park, Mount Rainier, College Park, New Carrollton, Landover, and surrounding Prince George's County communities.
