About the Opportunity

We are hiring Certified Home Health Aides for in-home care opportunities throughout Freehold and Monmouth County.

Multiple client assignments are available, and we work to match CHHAs with opportunities close to home based on location, availability, and preferred schedule.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and daily routines

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required

• Previous home care or private-duty experience preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Dependable and able to maintain scheduled client assignments

• Compassionate, patient, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a client's home

We have client opportunities throughout Freehold and Monmouth County.

Whenever possible, CHHAs are matched with clients based on where they live, their availability, and their preferred travel area. Our goal is to provide consistent assignments without requiring unnecessary travel across New Jersey.
