About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established New Jersey home care organization providing personalized one-on-one care to older adults and individuals who want to remain safely and independently in their own homes.

We are currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for weekday day-shift opportunities in Little Egg Harbor and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed CHHA looking for daytime hours with the flexibility to build a schedule around other commitments. Multiple client assignments may be available depending on your preferred days, hours, and availability.

Pay

• Earn up to $26.00 per hour

• Weekly pay

• Additional hours may be available based on client needs and your availability

Monday–Friday Day Shifts

• Monday through Friday opportunities

• Flexible daytime start and end times

• Full-time and part-time schedules available

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands and appointments when appropriate

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Complete required care documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required

• Previous home care, private-duty, or senior care experience preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a client's home

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
