What You'll Do

Your goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Mobility assistance and transfers

• Companionship and conversation

• Shopping and errands

• Accompanying clients to appointments when needed

• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

• Following individualized care plans

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, dependable people who enjoy helping others.

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to pass required Connecticut background screenings

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or healthcare experience is helpful

• Current Connecticut CNA certification required for CNA pay

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes

We have client opportunities throughout Litchfield County, including:

• Torrington

• New Milford

• Watertown

• Plymouth

• Winchester / Winsted

• Litchfield

You do not need to work throughout the entire county. Choose the towns and surrounding areas that are convenient for you, and we'll discuss available client assignments in those locations.

Pay

• CNA: $20.00–$21.00 per hour

• Caregiver / Home Health Aide (Non-CNA): $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Pay within each range is based on experience, qualifications, and client assignment

• Weekly pay every Friday
