We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home assessments and support clients primarily throughout Cecil County, Maryland, with some additional coverage in nearby Harford County communities, including Havre de Grace and Aberdeen.

This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible, supplemental income while making a meaningful impact in patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role primarily involves required client assessments and care coordination in the home setting. Weekday availability is preferred, and travel between client homes is required.

Additional assignments may be available in nearby Harford County, particularly:

• Havre de Grace

• Aberdeen

We strive to coordinate visits geographically and keep assignments within a reasonable driving radius whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor patient condition and document findings accurately

• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and assessment timelines

• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and appropriate care team members

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health conditions

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland

• Home care or home health experience preferred

• Weekday availability preferred

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a flexible schedule

• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Cecil County and nearby portions of Harford County

• Commitment to reliability, professionalism, and exceptional patient care
