We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN opportunities in the immediate Wolfeboro, NH area. This role is ideal for nurses seeking supplemental work while providing meaningful one-on-one care to patients in their homes.

Visits are offered based on patient needs, your availability, and location. This is an as-needed position with no guaranteed weekly hours or visit volume.

Compensation

  • Starting at $50 per visit.

  • Weekly pay.

  • $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible newly hired nurses, paid in three installments based on continued employment and eligibility requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.

  • Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations within the LPN scope of practice.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

  • Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services.

  • Educate patients and family members regarding medications, disease management, and home safety.

  • Document visits accurately using electronic charting.

  • Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the clinical team.

  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse license required.

  • Home care, home health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or community nursing experience preferred.

  • Excellent assessment and communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to work independently while managing your schedule.

Coverage Area

Patient visits are located in Wolfeboro and the immediate surrounding area. Assignments are coordinated based on patient needs, your availability, and preferred local travel radius.

Sign-On Bonus

Eligible nurses will receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in three installments:

  • $500 after successful completion of orientation and two weeks of active employment with a minimum caseload.

  • $500 after three months of continuous employment.

  • $500 after six months of continuous employment.

Payments are made through regular payroll and are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable taxes.
