Senior Logistics Sales Representative – Specialized Freight (Remote)
Location: Remote - Camden, NJ
All Applicants must live within 25 miles of Camden/Philadelphia
Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 base salary plus commissions and performance incentives

Position Overview
A national transportation organization is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced logistics professional to drive revenue growth within the specialized freight sector. This position focuses on building and managing relationships with shippers requiring complex transportation solutions including heavy haul, oversized freight, and specialized trailer equipment.
The role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while providing strong operational and dispatch support. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who bring existing shipper relationships and have a track record of growing freight volume.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing shipper relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within specialized freight markets
Promote transportation solutions for complex or oversized freight shipments
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate service agreements with customers
Partner with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient load execution
Monitor and manage sales pipeline activity and revenue performance
Strengthen long-term customer relationships to support recurring freight opportunities
Required Qualifications
3–5 years or more of experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or transportation account management
Demonstrated ability to bring an active and transferable book of shipper business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Experience using CRM platforms and standard sales management tools
Specialized Freight Experience
Candidates should have direct experience selling transportation services that involve specialized equipment or oversized shipments, such as:
Open deck trailers
Step deck equipment
Double drop trailers
Over-dimensional freight
Multi-axle heavy haul shipments
