We are hiring In-Home Caregivers to support clients throughout the Andover and greater Wichita area. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want flexible scheduling, steady work, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Pay Information

• Pay rate: Up to $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay


What You’ll Do

Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties may include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed
• Documenting care provided according to company guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Prior caregiving or personal care experience helpful but not required
• No CNA or HHA certification required
