Remote Healthcare Regulatory Filing Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Regulatory Filing Coordinator will work under the Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management team to manage Government Agency Filings, handle data entry and analysis, manage inventory, and coordinate short-term projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and understand the requirements for various regulatory filings, ensuring that submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Detailed Documentation: Create, review, and submit comprehensive documentation to government agencies.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Perform accurate data entry and analysis as required for regulatory filings and project coordination.
  • Plan Submissions Coordination: Lead the preparation, review, and packaging of submission documents to State agencies and regulators. Develop project plans, assess materials for submission quality, and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines.
  • Multi-tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity, ensuring timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update the filing inventory for all activities, including records of vendors exempt from filing requirements.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable laws, including HIPAA and state regulations. Stay informed about changing regulatory requirements and communicate these updates effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies to ensure accurate submissions and maintain professional relationships.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general database software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage complex project coordination.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements or experience in a healthcare or legal setting is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in healthcare, regulatory filing, or a related area (experience in law or healthcare a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filing processes and requirements is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with flexibility to manage responsibilities virtually.
Pay: $22/hr + Benefits offered
