Salary: Up to $115,000
Relocation up to $10,000

About the Company:
This well-established organization is a global leader in its industry and is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Wickliffe, OH. This role is integral to driving operations and maintenance teams toward excellence in safety, quality, and productivity while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives that have a direct impact on processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify, mitigate, and eliminate safety exposures while ensuring EHS compliance and improvement.

  • Establish, update, and maintain production and maintenance procedures, process/product control, and test data to drive efficiency.

  • Analyze plant data and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to enhance safety, product quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts to reduce product lead times and improve operational performance.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify issues and implement corrective actions using Six Sigma methodology.

  • Collect and analyze process and production data to identify trends and maintain process stability.

  • Oversee raw material analysis, process reliability, in-process testing, and final product certification to ensure high standards.

  • Investigate and resolve customer claims, reducing repeat issues and enhancing customer experience.

  • Lead and assist in developing and sustaining 5S methodologies for operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

  • Experience with statistical design and analysis of experimental data.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers.

  • Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, or R (preferred).

  • Demonstrated capital project management experience.

  • Proven success in leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives with sustained results.

  • Strong analytical mindset, self-direction, and a sense of urgency in problem-solving.
