Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Remote)
OTE: $200,000 (Base & Commission)
Eligible Candidates must live within 100 miles of Galveston.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with residential contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Conduct professional presentations of products and services to prospects and clients.
- Project-manage job sites to ensure construction aligns with company specifications and code requirements.
- Provide customers with updates on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Represent the company effectively at industry conferences and trade shows, as applicable.
- Update and maintain customer account records in a CRM system for future sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and maintain accurate expense accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- CRM software
- Salesforce
- Negotiation
- Technical sales
- Ability to relocate to Galveston, TX, with a relocation package provided.
- Willingness to travel 100%.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities and commission pay
