About the Opportunity
We are hiring compassionate caregivers, Direct Care Workers (DCWs), CNAs, and licensed nursing professionals to provide one-on-one support for seniors and individuals with physical disabilities in their homes throughout the Mesa and Phoenix area.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Support safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Support mobility assistance and other daily living activities
• Follow individualized care plans and document services appropriately
Requirements
• Active Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification required
• Current CNA, LPN, LVN, or approved caregiver certification may be accepted in place of DCW
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required
• Experience with personal care, transfers, and mobility assistance preferred
• Hoyer lift experience preferred for some cases
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking caregivers strongly encouraged to apply
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently in client homes
