Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, be a licensed home improvement sales person, and possess the physical capability to carry a ladder and climb on roofs. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and hands-on ability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Identify and engage potential clients, present our services, and close sales in the DC, MD, and VA metro areas. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Construction Expertise: Use your construction background to assess job sites, understand client needs, and provide accurate estimates. Ensure all sales are aligned with the company’s high standards for quality and safety.
• Ladder and Roof Work: Physically carry ladders and safely climb onto roofs to perform inspections, measurements, and evaluations as needed. This is a key part of assessing and providing accurate estimates to clients.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems such as Leap and Job Progress to manage client information, track sales progress, and ensure efficient follow-ups. Be computer savvy and comfortable using technology to enhance your sales process.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with local regulations and licensing requirements. Maintain your licensed home improvement salesperson status and stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Licensed home improvement sales person in DC, MD, and/or VA.
• Strong understanding of residential exterior remodeling, including roofing, gutters, siding, and more.
• Ability to carry a ladder and climb on roofs as part of the job requirements.
• Proficient with CRM systems, particularly Leap and Job Progress, and other computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Location:
This position covers the DC, MD, and VA metro areas, with a primary office located in Rockville, MD.
